Driver Was Seen Weaving In and Out of Traffic

An El Paso woman in another vehicle was injured in the accident, officials said.
Lopez was driving in a construction zone with traffic slowing and merging into one lane, officials said. He was driving behind the five other vehicles involved in the wreck.
He allegedly failed to control his speed and struck a 2017 Freightliner truck-tractor, officials said.
