About This Year’s Event
The 10th Annual Magnolia Park Dia de los Muertos Parade & Festival is a special event that celebrates the rich culture and traditions of the Latino community in Magnolia Park Houston.
PARADE ROUTE: Starts at 10:30am at 75th and Canal; Right on Canal until Maltby; Right onto Maltby towards Navigation. Crosses over 70th St; Stays on 70th St to Hildalgo Park. Arrives at the park around 11:30am.
Parking: Free parking at Franklin Elementary, Edison Middle School and the JP Courthouse at 1001 S/Sgt. Macario Garcia. Street parking will be limited.
Shuttles: Run from 10:30am – 6:00pm. Passenger pickups are adjacent to parking areas.
Cycling: You can rent a bike at any B-Stations along the METRORail Green Line to the Magnolia Park Transit Center then cycle to the Festival. The ride from the Transit Center to Hidalgo Park is approximately 1.5 miles. There will be secure bike parking at the park from 10:30am until 6:00pm.
