Leena Joseph was born and raised in Houston, Texas and attended the University of Houston where she obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, cum laude. Thereafter, Ms. Joseph went on to earn her law degree at Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Joseph began her practice working on behalf of insurance companies defending their insureds in motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents and premises liability cases. As an insurance defense attorney for many years, Ms. Joseph gained a wealth of experience, knowledge and insight into how insurance companies assess claims and defense strategies. Since transitioning to helping injury victims, Ms. Joseph has first-chaired over 35 trials, many of which resulted in excess judgments. In 2023, Ms. Joseph successfully negotiated over $25 million in settlements on behalf of our clients.
Ms. Joseph is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, American Association for Justice, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and is also a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. While not being a force in the courtroom, Ms. Joseph spends time with her husband and three children, working out and enjoying Houston’s restaurant scene
