The covid-19 pandemic has been especially hard on Latino families and communities. If you, or a loved one has not yet been vaccinated and you live in the Odessa, Texas or Midland, Texas area, we urge you to keep an eye out on this event.
Should the Odessa, TX city council approve this clinic there would be between 6,000 and 10,000 shots available for people. Getting a Covid-19 vaccine makes the most sense; if it doesn’t prevent you from getting the disease most research shows that it will for sure prevent serious illness.
We pray the city council allows this vaccine clinic to go forward!

ODESSA, Texas — Odessa city council has to consider a lot of things during a work session. One of the biggest items to consider during the most recent work session was whether or not to grant approval for a mass vaccine clinic at UTPB. Currently, no decision has been made, but plans are already in place.
More people are trying to get the COVID-19 vaccine, and the city’s incident command team is looking to accommodate that need by offering between 6,000 and 10,000 shots of Pfizer and Moderna.
