Motorcycle Crashed into Kia at high rate of speed

The victim was seen operating a red and black BMW motorcycle at a high rate of speed southbound at the above address. A silver Kia Rio, traveling in the northbound lanes, began to turn westbound onto Barker Oaks Drive when the vehicle was struck by the motorcycle. The driver of the Kia stopped. Paramedics arrived and pronounced the motorcyclist deceased.
The Kia’s female driver, 34, was questioned, did not show signs of intoxication and was released. No charges have been filed at this time. The investigation is continuing.
