On July 22, 2024, at approximately 4:20 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling southbound in the left lane on N. Preston Road in a 2005 Ford F-150. Defendant was traveling southbound in the right lane alongside the Plaintiff. Defendant made an unsafe left turn, striking the front right bumper of the Plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and his vehicle was damaged.
