On December 7, 2024, at approximately 2:46 p.m., my client was traveling southbound on Hillcrest Avenue in a 2018 Chevrolet Spark. At the same time, the defendant was traveling eastbound on Wentwood Drive in a 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Defendant failed to yield the right-of-way at a stop sign on Wentwood Drive, causing a collision with my client’s vehicle. As a direct and proximate result of the collision, our client sustained bodily injuries and her vehicle sustained property damage.
