Samantha was born and raised in Texas and spent most of her childhood in the rural town of Dayton. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor’s in Humanities. For law school, Samantha attended South Texas College of Law Houston where she graduated Cum Laude and became a member of The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. She is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar.

Since law school, Samantha has focused her practice primarily on plaintiff personal injury work. She is deeply committed to helping clients who have been injured because of another’s actions. Named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024, Samantha’s experience includes a range of civil litigation areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries.
