On or about October 18, 2023, at approximately 3:51 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling on East Irving Boulevard in a gray 2017 GMC Terrain. The Defendant was also traveling on Irving Boulevard in the same direction, operating a yellow vehicle of an unknown make and model. Defendant failed to control his speed and struck the rear of Plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the car accident, Plaintiff sustained injuries and her vehicle sustained damage.
