On August 13, 2024, at approximately 2:36 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling on Hensley Drive, preparing to turn left onto Bowles Street in a 2015 black Toyota Sienna. Defendant was traveling ahead of the Plaintiff in the same direction and was stopped at a stop sign in a 2017 Ford F59 FedEx vehicle. Defendant was inattentive and negligent when he proceeded to reverse his vehicle to allow another car to enter the street, backing directly into the Plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained personal injuries and her vehicle suffered property damage.
