On or about February 2, 2023, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling northbound on Cedar Ridge Drive in a 2017 Dodge Charger. Defendant was also traveling northbound on Cedar Ridge Drive in a 2016 Freightliner 18-wheeler. Defendant was stopped on the roadway when he began reversing, colliding with the Plaintiff’s vehicle. Despite Plaintiff honking to warn him, the Defendant continued backing up and struck the Plaintiff’s vehicle a second time.
As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and her vehicle sustained damage.
