Plaintiff (one of the passengers) was traveling southbound on I-35 in Austin when he was involved in a multi-vehicle crash caused by a semi-truck driver.
Plaintiff’s mother-in-law, who was also a passenger in the vehicle, suffered fatal injuries. His minor son was also in the vehicle and sustained non-life-threatening injuries; he was treated at the hospital and later released.
