On August 31, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m., plaintiff was traveling southbound on 233 N. Stemmons Service Road in a 2020 Range Rover Sport, accompanied by his companions. At the same time, defendant was traveling in the same direction behind plaintiff in a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe. Defendant failed to control his speed and maintain a safe following distance, thereby rear-ending plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a direct and proximate result of defendant’s negligence, plaintiff and his companions sustained bodily injuries, and Plaintiff’s vehicle sustained significant damage.
