At approximately 12:40 p.m., my client was traveling northbound on SH 349 operating a white 2016 Freightliner Cascadia 113 and towing a black 1974 Heil Co. trailer. At the same time, defendant was traveling northbound on SH 349 behind my client in a white 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, towing a black 2013 trailer (make unknown).
Defendant failed to control his speed and rear-ended plaintiff’s vehicle combination. As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained damages.
