Intersection Red Light Car Accident Settlement $50,000

On June 14, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the plaintiff was traveling southbound on Preston Bend Road in a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. The defendant, an unknown driver, was also traveling southbound on Preston Bend Road behind the plaintiff in a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. The plaintiff came to a complete stop at the red light at the intersection of Preston Bend Road and Georgetown Road. The defendant failed to stop and disregarded the red traffic signal, colliding with the rear of the plaintiff’s vehicle. As a result of the collision, the plaintiff sustained personal injuries and property damage to his vehicle.
