On February 14, 2025, at approximately 7:06 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling southbound in the middle lane of 1300 S. Jupiter Road in a 2022 Nissan Frontier. DefendantĀ was exiting a private driveway in a 2021 Honda AccordĀ and attempted to make a right turn onto southbound 1300 S. Jupiter Road. Defendant failed to yield the right-of-way to Plaintiff, resulting in a collision.
As a result of the defendantās negligent driving, Plaintiff sustained injuries, and his vehicle was damaged.
