On or about August 28, 2023, the Plaintiff was working at a commercial construction site located at 5801 Bush Avenue in Dallas, Texas. While walking to retrieve his tool bag, the Plaintiff fell through an uncovered floor opening from the first-floor level, approximately 25 to 30 feet, to the sub-level below. He sustained severe injuries from the fall and was immediately transported to Parkland Hospital by the University Park Fire Department.
