Hotel fires can be very dangerous and often lead to serious injuries. Some of the most common injuries sustained in hotel fires are burns, smoke inhalation, and injuries from falling debris.
Injuries from hotel fires
Burns are the most common type of injury sustained in hotel fires. They can be caused by contact with the flames, by contact with hot surfaces, or by inhaling hot gases.
Smoke inhalation is another common type of injury in hotel fires. Smoke can contain harmful toxins that can damage the lungs and respiratory system. Inhalation of smoke can also lead to unconsciousness and even death.
Falling debris is another common type of injury in hotel fires. As the fire burns, the structure of the building can become unstable and collapse. This can result in serious injuries, including broken bones and head injuries.
