One of the most recent examples happened in southeast Houston, when a man was fatally struck by a vehicle. The man, who has not been identified, was crossing the street when he was hit by the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle did stop however, the man hit by his car was pronounced dead at the scene.
HOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a man was fatally struck by a vehicle in southeast Houston Wednesday, officers with the Houston Police Department said.
It happened in the 8500 block of Telephone Road shortly before 7 a.m.
