Paul Hornung attended Texas Wesleyan University in Ft. Worth, Texas with a double major in accounting and economics/finance. After graduation he was accepted at Southern Methodist Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas and went on to become a Senior Trial Attorney who has experience both in and out of the courtroom advocating for injured clients, fighting for civil rights, as well as extensive pro bono work.
Paul has traveled extensively throughout the United States and into Mexico for litigation and other legal endeavors. He has been a partner at the Law Offices of Domingo A. Garcia, P.C. for nearly 20 years and always upholds all aspects of its mission and propose. He has mediated over 400 cases, tried more than 150 cases to jury verdict, and is an expert on United States Code and Texas law and rules with an emphasis on the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
Paul has extensive experience in public speaking engagements and print and broadcast media on behalf of citizens involved in major, catastrophic crashes and explosions. He’s been interviewed by local broadcast and print media on pending legal matters and has been a guest speaker on range of Constitutional Law issues such and Search and Seizure and the U.S. Federal Judiciary
Paul has been board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the field of Personal Injury since 2007.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys international travel, mountaineering, mountain biking, photography, Photoshop and computers.
