On December 5, 2024, the Plaintiff was traveling on TX-184 in a 2011 Ford Escapade. The Defendant, an unknown driver, was also traveling on TX-184 in a Toyota RAV4. The Plaintiff began to slow down due to traffic, and the Defendant failed to control speed, causing a rear-end collision with the Plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and the vehicle was damaged.
