On November 12, 2025, at approximately 5:52 a.m., Plaintiff was traveling westbound on 17177 US-82 in a 2005 Dodge Ram while en route to work. At the same time, defendant was traveling in the same direction behind plaintiff in a 2021 Kia K5. As plaintiff slowed his vehicle in order to make a left turn into a private driveway, defendant, who was operating her vehicle at a high rate of speed, failed to control her speed and rear-ended plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a direct and proximate result of defendant’s negligence, plaintiff sustained bodily injuries and his vehicle sustained significant damage.
