The Plaintiff was involved in an automobile accident on May 2, 2024, at approximately 3:36 p.m. The Plaintiff was traveling on the President George Bush Turnpike (Toll Road) in a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (Gray). The Defendant was traveling in the same direction in a 2013 BMW X5 (Silver). The Plaintiff was driving when the Defendant changed lanes unsafely and maneuvered into the Plaintiff’s path, causing a collision.
As a result of the accident, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and the vehicle was damaged.
