Car Crashes into Person Walking
On Saturday, October 22, 2022, a man was hit and injured by a truck on Highway 96 in Jasper County, Texas. Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety believe that the man was hit by a 2020 Chevrolet box truck that was traveling south on the highway. The driver of the truck was not injured in the crash. The man who was hit by the truck was taken to a Houston hospital to be treated for his injuries. The seriousness of his injuries is currently unknown.
