Fort Worth Wide Turn Car Accident: $82,500

On July 31, 2023, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling eastbound in the left lane (Lane 1) at the 2500 block of East Long Avenue in a blue 2017 Nissan Sentra. Defendant was also traveling eastbound at the same location in the middle lane (Lane 2) in a white 2021 Kenworth T680. As Plaintiff continued eastbound in the turning lane, Defendant, who was traveling in the middle lane, attempted to make a wide left turn to proceed northbound on Sylvania. In doing so, Defendant struck our client’s vehicle, causing the collision.
