On August 8, 2022, at approximately 6:29 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling northbound on McCart in a silver 2010 Mitsubishi LST. The Defendant was traveling westbound through a Walmart parking lot in a gray 2019 Chevrolet Suburban. Defendant pulled out in front of the client’s vehicle, causing Plaintiff to collide with the defendant’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained injuries, and her vehicle was damaged.
