On August 30, 2023, Plaintiff sustained fatal injuries while working at a construction site located in Prosper, Texas. Plaintiff fell from the second floor, approximately twenty to thirty feet, onto the ground, striking his head on the cement surface below.
He was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and passed away four days later.
