On March 31, 2024, at approximately 11:50 a.m., the Plaintiff was traveling on NE 28th Street in a 2022 Toyota Tacoma (Black), continuing through a green light. The Defendant was traveling southbound on TX-183 in the far left lane in a 2014 Chevrolet 3500 Van (White).
As the Plaintiff continued straight on NE 28th Street, the Defendant failed to yield the right of way, causing a collision. The accident resulted in property damage and injuries to the Plaintiff.
