On April 11, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling westbound in the far-left lane of Forest Lane in a black 2002 Ford F-150. Defendant 2, was operating a silver 2011 Honda Odyssey, also traveling westbound in the same lane directly behind the plaintiff. Defendant 1 was driving a brown 2006 GMC Sierra, traveling westbound in the same lane, two vehicles behind the plaintiff. Defendant 1 failed to control his speed and struck the rear of Defendant 2’s vehicle, causing a chain-reaction collision that pushed Defendant 2’s vehicle into the rear of the plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, the plaintiff sustained bodily injuries, and her vehicle sustained property damage.
