DFW Intersection Car Accident Settlement $50,000

On June 22, 2025, at approximately 8:01 p.m., the plaintiff was traveling westbound in the far-right lane of 2000 E. Pioneer Parkway in a 2009 Toyota Camry, heading home. The defendant was traveling in the same direction behind the plaintiff in a 2014 Honda Accord. As the plaintiff approached the intersection of 2000 E. Pioneer Parkway and 2200 Shady Path Lane, he began to slow down to make a right turn into his residence. At that moment, the defendant failed to control her speed and struck the rear of the plaintiff’s vehicle.
