On or about November 17, 2022, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Plaintiff was traveling southbound on North Cockrell Hill Road at the I-20 Service Road in a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. Defendant was traveling northbound on North Cockrell Hill Road in a 2016 Honda Pilot. The Defendant disregarded a red traffic signal and collided with the rear right quarter panel of the Plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and his vehicle sustained property damage.
