On Thursday, September 11, 2025, at approximately 4:45 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling eastbound on Camp Wisdom Road in a 2020 Hyundai Elantra (white). The Defendant was traveling in a different direction on Buford Drive in a 2019 Dodge Challenger SXT (white). While Plaintiff was lawfully proceeding, the Defendant entered Plaintiff’s path from a side street without exercising proper caution, causing a head-on collision.
As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained bodily injuries, and her vehicle sustained property damage.
