On September 5, 2023, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling northbound in a black 2012 Honda Civic. The Defendant was traveling southbound on Buckner Boulevard and attempted to make a left turn to head eastbound into the Rent-A-Center parking lot. Defendant failed to yield the right of way, causing Plaintiff’s vehicle to collide with Defendant’s vehicle. An ambulance arrived on scene to assess all parties for injuries.
Police officers also responded and completed an accident report.
Plaintiff’s vehicle was towed from the scene to her residence.
