On or about April 9, 2019, at approximately 4:56 p.m., the Plaintiff was traveling on the Dallas North Tollway in a 2001 Toyota Tacoma. The Defendant, operating a 2016 Ford pickup, was traveling behind the Plaintiff. The Defendant failed to control speed and rear-ended the Plaintiff’s vehicle. As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and the vehicle was damaged.
