On April 13, 2023, at approximately 9:39 a.m. in Cedar Hill, Texas, the Plaintiff was approaching her home on Fox Glenn Road. The Defendant was coming from an alleyway near Fox Glenn Road.
As the Defendant was yielding to enter the main street, she collided with the front driver’s side of the Plaintiff’s vehicle. The police responded, and both parties exchanged information. No ambulance was required.
