According to the police report, the Plaintiff was traveling northwest on SH 158 around 1:00 p.m. in a white 2018 Peterbilt towing a white 2018 Gallaty TR MFG trailer. The Defendant, operating a black 2021 Toyota C-HR, was traveling southwest on SH 158.
The Defendant failed to maintain a single lane, crossed into the opposite lane of travel, and struck the Plaintiff’s vehicle head-on.
