According to the police report, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Plaintiff was stopped at the stop sign before entering the intersection of W. 42nd Street and N. Moss Avenue in a white 2020 Chrysler van. After confirming the intersection was clear, the Plaintiff proceeded northbound on Moss Avenue. The Defendant, traveling west on 42nd Street, disregarded the stop sign and collided with the passenger side of the Plaintiff’s vehicle in a T-bone impact. The force of the collision caused the Plaintiff’s vehicle to roll over off the roadway and come to a final rest in the northwest corner of the intersection.
The Defendant’s vehicle came to a final rest within the intersection, facing northeast.
