On May 16, 2025, at approximately 5:45 a.m., Plaintiff was traveling eastbound in the middle lane of Highway 380 in a 2000 Freightliner Conventional. The Defendant 1 was traveling southbound on Nail Road in a 2014 Dodge Charger, and the Defendant 2 was traveling northbound on Nail Road in a 2012 Ford F-250. As Plaintiff approached the intersection of Highway 380 and Nail Road, both defendants made unsafe turns and failed to yield the right of way, resulting in a three-vehicle collision.
Due to the defendants’ negligent actions, Plaintiff sustained injuries and his vehicle sustained damage.
