On August 23, 2024, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Plaintiff was a passenger in a 2024 Kia Forte traveling eastbound on Interstate Highway 30. At the same time, Defendant was also traveling eastbound on IH-30 in a 2019 Western Star New 4900 Chassis vehicle.
The Defendant made an unsafe lane change, causing a collision with the driver’s side of the vehicle in which Plaintiff was riding. As a direct result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained injuries.
