On March 27, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling southbound on S. Royal Lane in the second lane in a 2010 Toyota RAV4. The Defendant, an unknown driver, was also traveling southbound on S. Royal Lane in the first lane in a 2023 Ford F650. A third vehicle, a 2024 Ford F150, was exiting a driveway and attempting to merge onto S. Royal Lane. The Defendant swerved to the right to avoid a potential collision with the third vehicle and, in doing so, made an unsafe lane change, striking the front left side of Plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained injuries and her vehicle was damaged.
