On or about March 7, 2019, Plaintiff 1 and Plaintiff 2 were traveling eastbound in the right lane in proximity to I-30 in a maroon 1997 Toyota Corolla. The Defendant, operating an 18-wheeler, was traveling eastbound in the left lane in the same area.
The Defendant unsafely switched lanes and collided with the Plaintiffs’ vehicle on the driver’s side, causing the Plaintiffs’ vehicle to spin. As a result of the collision, the Plaintiffs sustained injuries and their vehicle sustained damage.
