On May 21, 2025, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the Plaintiff was traveling westbound on Singleton Boulevard in a 2020 Toyota Tundra. The Defendant, an unknown driver, was traveling northbound on Vilbig Road in an unknown vehicle. The Plaintiff had a green light and was proceeding through the intersection when the Defendant disregarded a red light, causing a collision on the left side of the Plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the accident, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and the vehicle was damaged.
