On or about Monday, November 11, 2024, at approximately 4:57 p.m., plaintiff was operating a black 2019 Honda Civic while traveling on Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway. At the same time and location, defendant was traveling in the same direction in a black 2016 Ford Explorer. Defendant failed to control her speed and rear-ended plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a direct and proximate result of the collision, plaintiff sustained bodily injuries and her vehicle incurred significant damage
