On or about March 25, 2023, at approximately 10:59 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling westbound on the I-635 service road and was stopped at a red light. The Defendant, operating a white 2015 Toyota Highlander, failed to control his speed and was driving inattentively, causing him to rear-end Plaintiff’s vehicle. The impact pushed Plaintiff’s vehicle forward, resulting in a secondary collision with a Ford F-150 in front of them.
