On or about Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at approximately 12:30 p.m., plaintiff was traveling on the Interstate 30 HOV lane in a gray 2016 Jeep Wrangler. At the same time, defendant was traveling in the same direction on the Interstate 30 HOV lane in a black 2017 Ford F-250. Defendant failed to control his speed and rear-ended plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a direct and proximate result of the collision, plaintiff sustained bodily injuries and his vehicle sustained property damage.
