On or about February 17, 2023, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling on S. Houston Street in a 2008 white Dodge Caravan. Defendant was traveling in the same direction on S. Houston Street in a 2013 white Kia Soul. Defendant failed to control his speed and rear-ended the Plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and his vehicle was damaged. Settlement amount of $100,000.00 (driver) + $89,500.00 (passenger)
