Per the police report, Plaintiff was driving a 2006 GMC Envoy (black) eastbound on South Frontage Road at approximately 5:00 p.m. and was stopped at a yield sign. The Defendant was driving a 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 (white) eastbound on South Frontage Road behind the plaintiff.
The Defendant failed to control their speed and rear-ended the plaintiff’s vehicle.
