On September 19, 2025, at approximately 7:15 a.m., Plaintiff was traveling on Preston Road in a 2011 white Toyota Camry. Defendant was traveling in the opposite direction on Panther Creek Parkway in a 2015 gray Mercedes-Benz ML. While the Plaintiff was driving, another vehicle made a sudden sharp left turn without yielding, resulting in a multi-vehicle collision. The Plaintiff does not recall the full sequence of events.
As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained injuries, and her vehicle was damaged.
