On April 16, 2023, at approximately 9:43 a.m., plaintiff was traveling eastbound on the 2300 block of LBJ Freeway (IH-635) in a black 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe. Defendant was traveling in the same direction behind plaintiff in a white 2017 Ford Econoline.
Defendant was following too closely and operating his vehicle at an unsafe speed. During a period of stopped traffic, defendant failed to maintain a proper lookout and rear-ended plaintiff’s vehicle. As a direct and proximate result of the collision, plaintiff sustained bodily injuries and his vehicle sustained property damage.
