On or about March 30, 2023, at approximately 12:03 a.m., the Plaintiff was traveling on Highway 20 in an orange 2005 Freightliner Conventional vehicle. The defendant was traveling in the same direction on Highway 20 in a white 2016 Volvo VNR. The defendant failed to control his speed and struck the rear of the plaintiff’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, the plaintiff sustained injuries, and his vehicle sustained significant damage.
